2. Membership

Membership is open to all current medical students at James Cook University. Members are expected to uphold the values of the association and abide by the JCUMSA Constitution.

3. Events and Ticketing

• Refunds: Event tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or as required by Australian Consumer Law. Transfers may be permitted at the discretion of the executive.
• Code of Conduct: All attendees at JCUMSA events must adhere to the Event & Behaviour Management Policy. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Safety: JCUMSA prioritizes the safety of its members but is not liable for personal injury or loss of property at events, except where required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of JCUMSA or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

JCUMSA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or participation in our events.

6. Changes to Terms

JCUMSA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
