Hey everyone,
So you've embarked on a journey that I know is quite challenging and new to you, but trust me it's well worth it. Everything will get a little clearer in the fullness on time. Don't stress too much guys, it's bad for your health. You'll all be right just attending everything (well almost everything..
) and some study on the side. Don't forget the ever so important socialising though - party!!!! It's not rocket science and the fact that you're already into the course shows you all have what it takes! Doctors in the making!
Just wanted to give you some encouraging (hopefully) words. Also, I want to let you know that myself (I can be contacted on

sharad.paliwal@jcu.edu.au) are here if you want to know anything. We were the year 1 reps for last year so kind of are used to it all.. but i'm sure there's a lot of people who can and will help you out.
