JCUMSA would like to welcome and congratulate our newest Subcommittee - JCUMSA Anatomy Society
The JCUMSA Anatomy Society will be launched with a hands-on clinically oriented and interactive, cadaver-based workshop for medical students at our brand new state of the art anatomy teaching laboratories at the JCU Smithfield Campus (Cairns). The workshop will run in 4 sessions, a morning and afternoon session over a two-day weekend (August 13&14) and will cover all anatomical regions of the human body. Experienced medical clinicians and anatomists will perform teachings in anatomical regions of their expertise.
Following the evening session on the first day will be a cocktail party at one of Cairn’s many picturesque venues to officially launch the JCUMSA Anatomy Society.
The workshop is offered to ALL JCU medical students, however preference will be given to 6th year students as other years will have opportunities to attend future workshops.
